Re-scheduled for 5/23/19. Talked to Daryl, he was going to see if Boise City Ulility and Maint needs permit for work done. Also all disc were locked. Need access. Talked to Mike with Utility Maint. He is going to try to make it up there on Fri, if not it will be next Tue.
