Discussed required kitchen counter top receptacles for 9' of counter top with operable windows for pass through to pool area. By definition wall space is space measured along fixed walls or panels. If windows are all operable area to be treated as penisula with receptacle at connecting edge. No additional receptacles needed for this space if all windows open.
Also area along stair rail if this would count for wall space. This area will require receptacles so no point measured along rail to be more than 6' from a receptacle outlet as per 210.52(A).
Asked why existing pool area being redone and service fees not part of permit and they explained not part of scope of work yet. Will need added and inspections shall be done for these areas as well.
