100A panel replaced existing 100A panel
additional ground rod added
existing 50A hot tub circuit installed with no inspection previous to permit for service change pulled
requiring electrician remove hot tub circuit out of panel and permit will not be finaled until hot tub circuit is completely removed or a service upgrade to minimum 200A is done
house is being rented at this time
