Also, I didnt know if this was a UL listing inspection or a p/s. I spent 11 min on the phone and hold with 3 different people. Nobody could get me any information as far as what was to be looked at. Their computer system doesnt allow them to access the address, can only access with customer name. There was no paperwork onsite. Talked to blue raven at 930am, have not heard back, its 1145.
