**as per permit ELE19-01739..house accross street...UF wire installedwith no inspection...needs addressed**
1) all wires shall have a connector or attachment where enters box...bell box side of house...lot #108 and #113 accross street
2) 12/2 NMB and 14/2 NMB in same box and feeding a completed circuit...unable to verify circuit size and location in panel
3) nail plates required...mst bed switches and back door in dining...top plate
4) stack-it used to support/strap 8/3 NMB...exceeds manufacturers rating...12 and 14 NMB only
5) all metal boxes shall be grounded...LV panel
