Inspection requested via web by Aaron Mace Discussed Burned area of home. Fire had damaged all "Home runs" . Many power and lighting jumpers had been damaged and need replaced. Plastic "J-boxes" in attic had melted from the intense heat of fire. Melted j boxes also indicate wire integrity may have been compromised. Noticed open splices from previous remodel. Contractor indicated entire truss system to be removed. My opinion is a complete rewire of home is needed.
