Was met at door by an individual who said he is working on corrections but this individual is not licenced and does not work for the electrical contractor. Will call prior to next inspection to confirm who scheduled and who complete work. Next time someone caught doing work without proper documentation will be turned into state for possible fines and reinspection fees.

Told contractor this would be an IDP issue. Low hanging drop is from a IDP supplied pole at rear of property that is leaning towards the home causing service drop to lay on roof of property next door.
