1)as per Boise City ordinance a mid point inspection is required for all solar installs
this is not contractors first job in city and is aware of inspection process...a reinspection fee has been applied...it shall be paid beforefuture inspections can be scheduled
future rough in inspection will require multiple panels from ea array be brought down to ground for UL verification and abillity to inspect grounding of array...all other materials need to be UL verified by plans and visual inspection
