Owners 1st. permit finaled by mistake after permenant service inspection. Called Gemma and was unable to resolve so owner pulled second permit ELE20-02580 so work could continue. Fees for work should be 1 time charge of $165.00. Both permits had same fee but owner charged 2 for his swelling remodel. 300.4- 6 locations require nail plates. 300.15- Exisitng wiring shall terminat in a box or be removed. Old range, old washer. 210.11- Kitchen small appliance circuits shall have no other outlets. Patio outdoor receptacle fed by kitchen circuit.
