Site Vist resulted in Stop Work Order issued. Cited 8-17, 8-15, & 11-14. RP not available for conference. Met with forman.
CN: Mud & Dirt & excess straw located in street & gutter on Bonnie Lane, from uphill side of property, down to 36th St. shall be removed & area swept clean, including the road. 11/20/2003 3:22:08 PM
