Met with concerned citizen regarding sediment build up along west side of property and the effect on the fence surrounding adjacent property. Contacted RP about final stabilization plans and what plan of action they are going to take to revegetate and stabilize that part of the project. I took some pictures that I'm going to have Steve Webb and Brian Murphy look at and get their input.

Received citizen complaint regarding fence along west side of property. Owner of storage facility is concerned about possible damage to his fence from bermed area. Spoke with RP about complaint and he will contact the developer to get approval to repair any damage done. I will follow up and inspect site with RP on 11-9-06.

Notice of violation issued by Steve Webb to contractor on site (Gulley Excavation). Work was being done which is in violation of the current stop work that was issued on 7-27-06. Contractor/Owner has five days to get all bmp's installed as called for in approved ESC plan or a citation will be issued. RP has been notified of action taken today as well as the owner of the property. Site will be re-inspected on 8-30-06 for compliance or sooner if Steve Webb is called for a re-inspection.
