No changes to site. No access controls to keep people from excessive mud, construction entrance not acceptable. Still no response from permits responsible person. Noticed siders working on house under Stop Work Order. Being hispanic and limited english I did not issue citation. Informed contractor via voice mail that no work is allowed under stop work. Correction to RP via voice mail. Tracking issues need to be addressed. Noticed 3 areas where vehicles have been entering/exiting site. Two areas have no construction entrances. One area is excessivly muddy, excessive tracking problems will continue until action is taken to resolve. Issued Stop Work Order--Posted on telephone pole. Per last weeks correction notice all applicable conditions attached to ESC permit were to be in place by the end of the day on 2/27/05 or stop work was to be issued. No provisions in place currently; concrete was washed out at main road way into work site, no const. entrance, no trash container etc. Call for re-inspection when complete. 2/28/2005 8:13:57 AM
