Subdivision looks better, but trackout on streets and sidewalks will need to be maintained on a regular basis. Spoke with RP about taking advantage of cold, dry weather and getting streets as clean as possible.

Met with RP to discuss citizen complaint regarding trackout and sediment on streets and sidewalks. Additional sweeping and clean up is needed and scheduled sweeper needs to come through more often. Other bmp's in sub are being maintained. verbal c/n to RP to be more aggressive on mud and dirt trackout.
