Bare dirt from construction site onto Boise Avenue. No access controls nor acceptable construction entrance. Informed RP (Ken) that either a fence with steel poles or an acceptable rock constructio entrance be installed. Photos taken. This is the third enforcment action taken since project started a short time ago. Complete and maintain or further enforcement actions will be taken.
