Responded to complaint. Site looks good given the amount of dirt work going on. Met with RP and request the d/i protection be installed today, but all other issues are being addressed and trackout is being maintained.

Responded to citizen complaint regarding mud and dirt trackout. verbal c/n to RP about access control or construction entrance needed to prevent trackout onto lemp st. notified complainee, will follow up.
