Responded to complaint call regarding lack of D/I protection. Met with RP at site to inspect to approved ESC plan. C/N issued to address 3 storm drains needing protection,
ESC sign needs to be filled out, and a current RP needs to be added to permit. Issues must be addressed by 7-19-06 or a stop work maybe issued.
