Responded to complaint from ACHD regarding water being wash off site onto sidewalks and into gutters from stucco work being done. Met with RP on site to inspect; site has been cleaned and I saw no residue on sidewalks on in gutters. Reminded RP that his certification could be revoked or a stop work could be issued if complaints continued to come in. Contacted ACHD (Steve Walker) to inform him of action taken.

c/n issued to RP for all houses on Villa Norte to address ESC signs being posted or reposted, sediment barriers need maintained or installed on front of property, trash containers need emptied and maintained, and sediment at base of road on Villa Norte and 15th needs cleaned up. All issues must be addressed by the end of the day today or a stop work may be issued for all jobs.

Responded to citizen complaint regarding mud and dirt trackout onto the street. I spoke with the RP and informed him that one correction notice would be given regarding mud and dirt trackout due to the number of violations last winter and then a Stop Work would be issued; however the site did not warrant a c/n today. Notified complaintant that I had visited the site.
