Responded to citizen complaint regarding trackout concern. Inspected site and met with RP to discuss paving schedule. Site was supposed to have been paved already, but builder ran into a problem with the sewere and water lines. Trackout has been maintained, but construction entrance will still be required. RP will contact me this afternoon with timeframe on construction entrance schedule.

Responded to citizen complaint regarding trackout from site. C/N issued and posted on site to address trackout and provisions needed to prevent further problems. Contacted RP and advised that street sweeping needed to be completed by the end of the day. Site will be paved by the end of next week. I will reinpsect site on 3-16-07. Informed citizen of action taken.
