Met with owner and new RP to inspect site and discuss previous complaints about mud and dirt track out. Made some suggestions regarding access control and staging area to prevent any further problems. Also informed new RP to get his name added to the permit. Contacted complaintant.

verbal c/n issued to RP to address trackout from construction entrance. Rock is being tracked from site onto Silver Crest. spoke to RP about sweeping up street and keeping an eye on the entrance. Also d/i protection needs to be maintained on both the north and south side of Silver Crest.
