Responded to citizen complaint. c/n issued to address d/i protection maintenance needed, ESC sign needs to be posted and sediment barrier needed along front of the property. spoke with RP on site and informed him of corrective action needed. Issues must be completed by the end of the day tomorrow or a stop work may be issued. Notified complaintant of action taken.

Met with RP and Owner to discuss stockpiling soil from site on another site. After site visit and discussion with Steve Webb we have decided that no additional permit is needed for stockpile site as long as all BMP's needed for sediment and erosion control are in place and maintained.
