Responded to citizen complaint regarding dust and trackout. Posted c/n and spoke with RP regarding complaint. Access control is needed at back of site. Sediment on sidewalks and in gutters needs to be cleaned and swept. Barriers may be needed to prevent futher issues. And a designated concrete washout area is required. All issues must be addressed by the end of the weekend or a stop work may be issued. Will reinspect on Monday.

Site has been cleaned up as required on c/n, but landscapers have caused an issue on the west side of the site. Talked to RP about getting it cleaned up immediately and preventing it from happeing again. Also discussed the stockpiled soil at the back of the site. The soil is going to be used for topsoil in the landscaping process. All landscaping should be copmleted by the end of next week.

c/n issued to address sediment on sidewalks along 29th and trash and debris maintenance needed along 29th and Davis. Met RP on site. Issues will be taken care of by the end of the day tomorrow. I will reinspect on 8-23-07. Landscaping and paving set to begin this week. Final stabilization should be completed by end of next week.
