Responded to citizen complaint regarding trash and debris from site blowing into her yard and street, mulitple vehicles and trailers blocking driveways. Verbal c/n issued to RP and left vm for main office. All trash on site must be maintained and containerized. RP might consider covering dumpsters at night and during high winds. Contacted complaintant to inform of action taken.
