Responded to citizen complaint regarding trackout and concrete trucks washing chutes out into gutter. Met with excavator this morning and saw no evidence of concrete residue in streets or in gutters. Footings were poured three days ago and backfilling is being completed and utility work being done. Stree will be swept today and trackout will be maintained throughout construction phase. All ESC signs are posted. Contacted RP and complainant about inspection and findings. Will reinspect site for MEP.
