GeoGrid in place in washed out area of the slope on the north side of site. Scheduled to be hydroseeded on 5/22/09 a.m.

Message to RP:
Due to the time frame given to the city for the stabiilize the gully that has formed on east side slope that has not been addressed. A STOP WORK ORDER is issued. No work can occur except pertaining to erosion and sediment control until gully is stabilized per industry standards and an inspection has been completed and approved by the city's Erosion Control division.

Went over correction noticewith owner of property.

1:30 pm: Met with owner, reviewed history of violations and explained the level of compliance that the City of Boise expects. Made verbal comments and suggestions regarding his project. Follow up will occur at a later date. Compliance is expected, including dirt, debris, etc.

Trash is still an ongoing issue. needed to be put into the container. Pick-up and remove the petroleum lubercates from the the back of lot. And repair silt fence.

A good amount of the trash debis have been picked up. But still a substantial amount needs to been picked up and put into the trash bin that is on site. Siltfence has been installed correctly. More BMP's need to be installed on the south end of lot, to protect hillside. Trash debris needs to picked up on the hillsides surrounding lot. Sucko wash need to cleaned up off of hill slope. A STOP WORK ORDER will be d=given tomorrow if issues have not been fully adressed.

Giving them one more day to resolve the issues of concerns that are on the correction notice. Thay have a 30 yrd dumpster that they have filled up and are waiting to be dumped. Swept up access road to project. If there is not a substantial differnce by Friday afternoon, a sopt work order will be issued.
