Met with RP to reinspect site to ensure that all issues on Stop Work have been met. Trackout issues have been addressed, ESC sign is posted, ESC plan has been updated and modified to show changes, d/i protection has been installed, construction entrance has been modified and current RP is listed on permit. Stop Work has been lifted and complainants have been notified of action taken. I will reinspect site randomly to ensure that all issues will be maintained throughout the construction phase.

Stop work issued to address lack of compliance to correction notice posted on 7-31-07. Sediment on streets, sidewalks, and gutters must be removed and swept. Streets must be maintained on a regular basis. Parking area must be established. Construction entrance is not adequate. ESC sign must be posted. Approved ESC plan must be implemented. d/i protection needed on Edelweiss. No work allowed other than erosion and sediment control issues. Reinspection required before stop work is lifted.

Responded to citizen complaint regarding mud and dirt trackout and dust from site. Posted c/n to address heavy mud and dirt trackout from site onto Scotfield and Edelwiess. Street must be swept and maintained daily. Construction entrance is not adequate and must be improved to prevent trackout from continuing. ESC sign has faded and needs to be redone. Issues must be addressed by the end of the day today or a stop work will be posted. Will reinpsect site tomorrow morning. Spoke with job superintendent and RP about actions required. Also contacted complainant about actions taken.
