Per correction notice issued to rp on Nov. 27, has bare ground been stabilized? Bare ground has been hydroseeded. Need to re-install the high visibility fence to reduce the chance of people driving on which would track mud and destroy the hydroseed.

Written correction notice to rp; Includes lots of mud tracked out onto hard surfaces, no signage, misc. debris not containerized, inadequate access controls. Bare ground in need of stabilization. Completed items except stabilization by the end of the day or additional enforcement will take place. Will re-inspect tomorrow afternoon.
