Met with RP on site to discuss verbal c/n and issues taken. Several lots have been sold and ownership is being transferred. Owner is now RP and has interim certification. Bare ground is going to be stabilized with crushed concrete and asphalt. ESC sign is posted, D/I protection is in place and street sweeping will be completed by the end of the day tomorrow.

Verbal to owner--Larry Gillingham. Rp no longer with company, no bmp's installed. Need to provide certified rp prior to end of the day on Tuesday 9/25/07 or a stop work order will be issued. Drop inlet along site (Targee). Bare ground to be stablized per permit conditions asap. Will follow up Wednesday a.m.
