All issues from the prior day have been corrected and protected.

Still activily working and will clean up at the end of the day. All d.i.'s are protected on site.

Verbal to RP:
Protect both storm drains where gutter pan and curb have been poured by 7/13/09 AM. Will re-inspect on 7/14/09 PM.

Told RP to keep up on trash debris clean up and place signs on washout. Still in order with Ground FX.

Verbal to RP:
Clean up all trash debris scattered throughout site. Clean all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris. Post sign at the Washout. Clean up all residuel spoils of concrete and mortor scattered through out project. Re-install d.i. protection at the storm drain on the north west end of project area. Will re-inspect on 6/1/09 AM.

Mortor mix area by the job trailer has been cleaned up and re located at the south end of project area. Told Rp to contain the area of where the mixing will be occuring. Also was told that a mid day street sweep will occur within the parking lot area of all entrance points to the project and a trash pick will occur also.

Told RP that the masons must use a washout area to clean all wheel barrels and tools of all mason tools. Also to clean up and contain area of where the mortor mixer. Will re-inspect on 5/1/09am

left verbal correction with rp to remove concrete on south east side of building, protect di boxes on north west side of building, sweap parking lot on south east side where di is being moved to center of parking lot at the end of each day along with rocks at construction entrance's. will reinspect friday 4-24-08 am.

Verbal to RP:
1. Clean up trash and waiting on trash company to dump the 40yrd dumpster. Also told RP to clean up all tracking off of both entrances through the parking lot. Will re-inspect on 4/17/09AM

perventitive measure has been put in place and issue has been corrected.

Went over the perventitive step to eliminate track form occuring during the wet season. Told Rp that no tracking is allowed. if tracking is still occuring , a different step willl be needed.

Spoke with RP and gave him permission to allow temporary access on the project area With out an approved construction entrance for the removal of stock piles only.

spoke with rp about entrance on cloverdale, told him to make an approved construction entrance or keep gate closed & do not use. overall site looks good.

Needs to be hit a little bit better from the machine sweeping that occured. Recommend it being done by hand.

Need to clean up tracking and close off the entrance off of Cloverdale road. Also need to re-install D.I. protection in one of the drains. Spoke with RP over the issues. Will re-inspect on 8/25/08.
