Met with Brad (Gulley Excavation) to walk project site. All D/I protection is in place, access control, and stock piled soils are being maintained. Some maintenance is needed on the streets and D/I protection. Crossings will be paved in the next couple of days. Contacted parks (Angela) to inform them of inspection.

Per Steve Webb. Stop work issued on site. No permit has been issued for site work. Met with Matt (Gulley Excavation) and Steve Burnes (Boise Zoo) to walk site and discuss permit requirements. No work allowed until permit has been issued. The only work allowed at this time is regarding Erosion.
