Correction Notice
Spoke with RP. IF issues from the prior inspect are not corrected by the end of the day today a STOP WORK ORDER will be issued.
1. Protect the slopes off of Five Mile Rd with a sediment barrier or cut a releif trech at least 6" D by 12" W the length of slope.
2. Clean up all hard surface of sediment and debris through out parking lot.
3. Protect at the South end with some type of sediment protection.
Will re-inspect on 10/3/08 in the AM

Discussed lack of response by RP with site owner. Notifed them that if issues were not taken care of by end of shift today, a stop work order would be issued.
Issues are: Sidewalk, street, and gutter cleanup. Keeping construction site exit and entrance swept as well as sidewalk and gutters. Landscapers are on site and need to keep sidewalks clear of dirt.

Mud and dirt track out onto Five Mile and MicMillan, mud and dirt on side walk. Silt fence down and not repaired for some time. Discussed issues with site rep Doug. He indicated correct RP should be listed as Pete Wilson at ###-####. Posted new sign showing this information. He indicated deficiencies would be taken care up by end of shift today.

1. Protect all interior D.I. with inserts and external gravel bags on each side of the D.I.'s.
2. Clean all (exterior and interior) gutterpans of sediment and debris.
