3:00 p.m: Two 20,000 gallon holding tanks are being used as well as a sand trap and cartridge filter prior to discharging water onto a well established vegetative area. Did not observe discharge because the system was not running at the time of inspection. Met with Dave (CDM) contractor. Informed him and the RP the standard they need to meet for discharge, (50 NTUs beyond background). Will follow up.

Project is on hold due to high ground water. They will try to figure it out how to deal with the high ground water. Told them to notify the city over the high ground water and the procedures for dealing with it.
