1. Install a construction entrance off of Federal way or block it of.
2. Maintain and re-install siltfence on the perimeter of project.
3. Clean up all gutterpans and sidewalks along perimeter of project.
Failure to comply with notice will result in a stop work order. Left a message with RP and gave notice to the Project Super. (JR)
Will re-inspect on 6/12/08 in the PM.
