2. Concrete washout area (lined) to be placed on site. No further concrete to be placed until this BMP is completed.
3. Consgtruction site entrance to be constructed using approved BMPs. Trackout on sidewalk and street to be swept.
4. DI protection to be placed on Windsong, downstream from site.
Work to be completed no later than close of b usiness on 6-27-08 or a stop work order will be issued.
