Due to the inactivity on the site that has exceeded 14 day, city expects that all disturbed soil is temporarly stabilized with a tachifier and or perminately stabilized with a seed, mulch, tachifier mix. If it is not possible to apply one of these two applications, then we expect access control to block off the site to all traffic throughout the time period of inactivity and/ or until the spring time.
