Went over with the GC on what needs to occur. Sweep up on the area wher the excavating has been and will be occuring. Will re-inspect on 3/2/09 AM.

Verbal message to RP:
Clean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris. Will re-inspect on 2/2709 am.

some clean up has been done but ground snow covered, Clint is scheduled to do foolw up inspection 02-12-09

Verbal to RP:
Clean up all trash debris within the project area. Place into a trash debris container. Will re-inspect on 2/12/09

Had contractor contain soil pile at south parking lot with waddles. Correction made while on site.

Parkinglot has been swept. Noted that contractor has street sweeper on site. Masons are vacating the railroad right of way and relocating t parking lot to avoid further trackout. Will reinspect on 1-12-09 for tracking control.

Noted excessive tracking of mud and dirt onto parkinglot from railroad right of way by masonry contractor. Gave verbal c/n to RP stating to have parkinglot swept and provide top dressing at railroad right of way to elimnate tracking of mud. Will reinspect on 1-9-09.

Still needs to post ESC sign. Contacted Larry Kincaid (RP) And told him to have sign posted by today. All other BMP's in place. General site conditions were ok.

All work in the back section is also pertaining with the permitted project area.
Need to post an ESC sign with the proper information at the entrance of the project.
Spoke with RP over the issue.

Work has not begun. The issues on the prior inspection was a Idaho power maintenance work. The project is just starting to get set up today. Will do a site preperation inspection on 9/17/08.
