Reviewed status of project with Hopkins Financial regarding requirement of ESC. Site has fairly consistent top growth of coverage but BMPs and dirt in gutter pan exists at misc. areas. Not ready to final.

Must submit an up to date contact information of the RP to the City of Boise prior to the start of work. Also Must contact Steve Webb and/or Clint Smith to correct all violations pertaining with 8-17.

Advised RP over stabilizing stock pile at the back portion of the project area. In inactive for reasons of dust control

Make sure that subs clean up at the end of the day off any issues. (tracking or trash debris ect..)

Need to install some structural BMP once able to install. Due to freeze will give them till the first frost melt.

Correction Notice:
1. Install sediment protection on all areas of project that are over 2% grade or if the grave elevation is higher than the sidewalk or where is can impead on the MS4 system.
2. Clean all hard surface of alll sediment and debris.

Spoke with the IRP
Verbal correction:
1. Correct the payment with your IRP within the city.
2. Protect all storm drain inlets on project area.
3. Clean up tracking at east side access and block off or construct an approved construction access.
4. Clean up all sediment off of sidewalks and install perimeter controls where grade is over 2% slope to the sidewalks or cut a releaf trench right behind the sidewalk.
5.Install a sediment barrier protection at end of the street at the bikepath.

Moved to 8/23/08 due to the progress as of today.

Have made a temporary entrance in the center of the project. No tracking has occured at this time. Will re-inspect on 8/15/08

Overall site looks ok; appears vehicle traffic has bypassed rock construction entrance at times and driven on bare dirt; rock entrance could be increased in width to address this problem.
