Discussed with rP over the slope in the back yard along the vinyl fence. Have told him that he needs to roptect in due to it being greater than 2%. Due to the phase of work they will be putting in a barrier where the gap is. Recommend some options that he could do to prevent any more sediment from eroading. He also told me if there is any sediment that reoaded into the property next to him that he will clean it up. Will re-inspect on 10/13/08.

All issues from the prior inspections have been completed or are being dealt with today. At the back of lot they are starting to grade for landscaping. Will be stabilized by the end of this week. Told the build/RP to keep an eye on the area that can be an issue if storm events start to occur.

on site will eric..called steve webb due to some problems with rp--corrections posted on window--clean DI box..grade at back fence over 2% grade need sediment barriers..clean up all dirt, debris, and trash on site..install concrete wash-out or remove concrete from site..repair and maintain old sediment barriers as per manuf specs..must be complete by 10-5-08--will reinspect 10-6-08--if violations not complete by reinspection, a stop work will be issued on site per steve webb

Met with Tony Young (415) and left a message (verbal notice) with the IRP.
Perimeter controls need to be install due to grade over 2%. Clean up all sediment off of hard surfaces. and Put up ESC sign at front of lot. Will re-inspect on 8/13/08. CAS
