Correction Notice to G.C.( left am message for Travis Shelton on 5/18/09:
1. Provide a valid RP that has day to day control over project.
2. Clean up all tracking onto Whisperwood for project area. (multiple spots)
3. Post ESC sign at the front of the project area where visable from the street.
** Failure to comply by 5/19/09PM will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 5/20/09 AM.

Discussed access on and off of project area with RP over maintaining the stabilized access and if any more track are present on the entrance of the project that he will be required to install an additional stabilized construction access. Will re-inspect on 12/19/08.

Track out minimal due to frozen ground conditions at this time.

Called listed RP about previous correction notice. Listed RP said he was not RP for this site. Talked to McAlvain. Correct RP is Jose at ###-####. They will contact City and change RP info and start corrective action per previous site inspections. Work to be accomplished by end of day on 12-11-08. Stock pile is ongoing and will be removed on a daily basis as excavation continues.

Left voice message for RP. Excessive mud and dirt trackout onto Whisperwood. Inadequate construction site entrance, soil stockpile to be stabilized. Cleanup and construction site entrance to be corrected by end of day, 12-9-08 or a stop work order may be issued. Posted ESC sign.
