Spoke with RP and told him prior to getting a site final he would need to stabilize all the disturbed area of the demo project and if it is not complete by Friday in the PM, he would need to install a sediment barrier along the east side of the lot. Will re-inspect in on 11/3/08 AM

Lot has not been stabilized with either a sprayed tachifier seed mix or a BFM or 2" wash rock over the entire lot. Left a message with the RP the proceedure to reach final stabilzation.

Notice of Correction
1. Re-install silt fence per manufactor specs.
2. Additional sediment bmp's are needed along the east side of the lot.
3. Protect storm drain inlet in the driveway at the east side of the project with approved drain inlet protection.
Failure to comply will result in a stop work order.
Wil re-inspect on 9/16/08

Site looks good. Told RP that the need to re-istall the silt fence per manufactor specs if they will be using or go to an alternative bmp. Wil re-inspect on 9/12/08
