Verified that violations have been correct except for 20ft of silt fence needs to be trenched in. Inspector #380 has left a message for the RP to contact him for a re-inspection of the project to have the Stop Work Order can be lifted. Per BMC 8-17 the responsible person must have day to day control over the project to asure compliance. The "Stop Work Order" will stay in place until the responsible person contacts the city for a re-inspection.

Met with RP over site and conditions. Told him to mantain the construction entrance when needed. Also to Maintain both storm drains at the north end of Business Way & Gowen Rd. Keep working on the valley gutter to relieve the muddy sediment as much as possible. If they choose to work in these saturated conditions they wil need to follow these step to stay compliant. Will re-inspect on 1/20/09 AM

Corrction Notice: (Instructed RP via phone call)
1. Clean up all sediment and debris off of all hardsurfaces.
2. Maintain construction entrance at the south end of project area.
3. Install a sediment barrier along the east side of project to protect storm drain swale.
4. Install access barriers along the east and north east side of project area.
5. Install a second construction access at the north east end of project if being used for access or refer to correction 4.
Failure to comply will result in a Stop Work Order.
