Spoke with RP:
RP is leaving Lure Construction. TOld him they must provide a new RP by 11/6/09am. Also was told that it might switch over to the contractor that is buildingthe retirement facility within the developement. Will re-inspect on 11/9/09 for changes.

Correction Notice
1. Clean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris.
2. Maintain all storm drain inlets affected by the site developement.
3. Clean up all trash debris in developent area by removing or placing into a container.
Failure to comply will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 10/14/09am.

Left written & verbal correction with rp to install an approved construction entrance on west side of project coming into parking lot by 9-2-09 am or a stop work will be issued. This entrance will be used in place of main entrance while roads for project are being paved.

Discussed with RP over the dust issues that are being generated with the earth work on the project area. Told RP that he needs to be more agressive with the use of there water truck. Left a message with the complaintee of what I discussed with the issue.

Message to RP:
Maintain construction entrance.
Maintain D.I. along Overland Rd.
Provide a proper Concrete Washout Pit.
Will re-inspect on 5/26/09AM.

Tracking onto overland rd. Left a message with RP to have it cleaned up by 5/6/09 AM. Will re-inspect on 5/6/09 PM

Found no residual of a petroleum with in the project area.

Notified ACHD over the residual of the petroleum remaining in the road way and also next the storm drain to the East, on the Overland / Cortell intersection. I was told that they will notify the contractor to do further clean up. Will be re-inspected by Tom Dillian with ACHD for compliance of the clean up. I will have no further actions pertaining with the spill since it is in the the ACHD right-away.

all tracking is cleaned up. Told GC that they need to install there sediment barriers in certain locations on the project perimeter. Mostly along the west side of project at the stock piles.

Went over with the GC and the Erosion Control Company of the amendments to the swpps regardthere perimeter controls and placement of the product that they will be using.

Told GC to re-install silt fence per industry standards. Also to stablize or block off the access point to the west of the stabilized access. Will re-inspect on 2/26/09 PM.
