Went over with sewer contractor over the cut through on Wallings Creek. Since creek is inactive, no water deversion will be needed. Advised the company to follow the 404 permit to stay compliant. Also instructed that NO DEWATERING activities can be discharged into Wallings Creek.

Reviewed expectation in regards to federal and local esc compliance for upcoming project. High points included: 1) implement plan controls prior to any other activities. 2) Turbid water cannnot exit property during project. 3) Post sign at main entrance. 4) Rock construction entrance is critical. 5) Stabilize disturbed are after project 6) keep turbid water out of river, wetlands and Welling Creek is paramount. Will follow up during project.
