stop work issued on site. left written & verbal correction with rp to maintain concrete washout pit before next pour, clean up concrete on empty lot that concrete truck washed out on instead of using washout pit, remove concrete off to side of washout pit & install perimeter protection on front of lot where over 2 percent grade. rp to call when corrections are complete so stop work can be pulled.

Instructed inspector 308 to post correction notice and post stop work order. GB Redimix #11 (DMV license number YG3009) was washing out concrete outside the washout pit. Informed RP (Raymond) that a stop work was place and to comply with posted correction notice and then to call Steve Webb to request a re-inspection. If site is in compliance at the time of the re-inspection then at that time the Stop Work will be lifted.
