The RP has made it aware he will begin on the berm along the area of the subdivision that run paralell to Warm Springs Rd. After the berm is shaped it will have seed hand broadcasted over the area and other areas whea the vegitation has not been estabished. Will re-inspect in the near future.

Cleanup of excessive mud on street has been done. Storm drains are double protected to meet MEP considering weather conditions. Did not see posted sign. Overall site does not look bad, contractor needs to prepare to stabilize site to re-vegetate as soon as practical.

Verbal message to RP:
1. Areas where water has collected on the lots found low area and have traveled off the lots through the disturbed soil accross the seperated sidewalks and accross the the landscape strip into the gutterpan depositing large amount od sediment and turbid water to the storm drains. Have told the RP to utilize sediment barries within the areas of the low spots to miniumize the the turbid run off. Also to clean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris and to maintian the storm drain inlets within the project area. Not just the effected one from the turbid run offs. Will re-inspect on 12/1/7/09 AM.
