Verbal to GC:
Provide a construction exit that is stabilized on and off of hard surfaces. CLean up all hard surfaces of all sediment and debris. Will re-inspect on 11/03/09 AM.

Verbal to RP:
2.Install a external sediment barrier surounding the storm drain inlet at the south west end of the project area where stockpiles of pit run is located.
3. Discussed over the use of a stabilized construction exit off of the disturbed area of the project. Recommend that all equipment to stay on the disturbed area and to have all other material and vechiles stay on the parking lot. If any tracking occur, they will be required to install a stabilized construction exit per city standards with access controls. Will re-inspect on 10/16/09 am.
