Verbal to RP (Dean): clean storm drain BMPs on both sides of Villa Ridge at bottom of hill. Per Dean, Superior built ACHD access road on north side of pond; removed silt from bottom of pond back to sand layer; put in cobble stones at pipe outlet; and tracked sides. Completed today. Water was in pond at time of inspection in afternoon. Asked RP about vegetation of swale, poolhouse lot and the lot in phase 6 and he referred me to developer (Colin)

Slope in back has not yet been stabilized, although some weeds have started to germinate. This slope has been track walked perpindicular ot slope which has prevented rills from forming. Phase one had additional fill brought in and there is no longer a berm in place for perimeter control; This area needs stabilized again and a perimeter control installed at the edge of disturbance by the creek. Met with a representative from the HOV and then the contractor and RP. To much dirt tracked on the hard surface and the sweeper was not the correct type of sweeper . This sweeper transfered the dirt from the street into the air which resulted to the citizens complaint. The contractor informed me that the need to travel from the main disturbed area to the builidng lot disturbed area is completed and from now on excessive tracking should not be a problem. I reviewed ordinance requirements and that the rock construction entrance should have a top dressing placed over the existing rock.
