Need to stabilize lot not under construction

Need to stabilie all disturbed area of the porject that is or will be inactive for my than 14 days. Will follow up next weeek

Slope in back has not yet been stabilized, although some weeds have started to germinate. This slope has been track walked perpindicular ot slope which has prevented rills from forming. Phase one had additional fill brought in and there is no longer a berm in place for perimeter control; This area needs stabilized again and a perimeter control installed at the edge of disturbance by the creek. Stormwater pond on north side of phase 2 is not protected from construction runoff. Called Dean (RP) to discuss required maintenance of pond and protection consisting of wired back silt fence, earthen berm, and/or ect.

Minor tracking occured this weekend and the contractor will have it cleaned up by the end of the day tomorrow. No tracking should occur out of the area due to blocking construction activities.

Must stabilize all area that are disturbed.

Stabilization practices not yet inititated. Met Jill onsite (assists RP). Will get back to me on plan for stabilization. Will follow up later in the week. Strongly encouraged her to review recordkeeping to get back into compliance with federal permit. Work left to complete this year include utilities and possibly the pool house. Verbal to RP:
Provide sdiment barriers along the perimeter of the draw where potental run off could effect the new home at the bottom of the draw. Perimeter control are the minimum. Checks to break up slope would be an option for the contractor to impliment to slow down potental velocity if drainage off of the disturbed soil occurred.

Verbal to RP:
Stabilize all disturbed slopes at a minimum. With installing sediment barriers along the pads to slow the potental run off to the slopes. Will follow up next week for a schedule update.

Must maintain the construction exit per industry standards.

Disturbed areas must be stabilized prior to finaling of the permit.

WEnt over project phase. Informed the new RP to clean up the streets on a daily basis.

Need to acheive vegitation on the slopes of the lot transitions.

Most of the hillside slopes have been stabilized with vegitation. But the pads and pad slopes have not achieve the amount of vegitative cover to achieve stabilization.

Verbal to RP:
MAintain all storm drains with the project area. Large amounts of sediment build up tothe side of the storm drains. Will re-inspect on 3/3/2011am.

Slopes of the project will have a hydro seed with tachifier allpied by the end of the week. Will follow up on 11/19/2010AM>

Starting to make corrections. Will complete by the rnd of work day.

Message to RP:
Protect all slopes along Winter Camp Dr. Also maintain storm drain inlet protection throughout the project area. Will re-inspect on 10/21/2010PM.

Met with a representative from the HOV and then the contractor and RP. To much dirt tracked on the hard surface and the sweeper was not the correct type of sweeper . This sweeper transfered the dirt from the street into the air which resulted to the citizens complaint. The contractor informed me that the need to travel from the main disturbed area to the builidng lot disturbed area is completed and from now on excessive tracking should not be a problem. I reviewed ordinance requirements and that the rock construction entrance should have a top dressing placed over the existing rock.

Verbal to RP:
Notified them to the tracking out in the road and must keep up on tracking everyday or when needed.

Spoke with RP and the tentative start is next week. Will follow up next week.

SPoke with the RP on the start date. She will be contacting the city once the project has begun. Will be going by for a site prep. on 7/12/10am.
