Verbal to Contractor, RP; Provide a sediment barrier on south side of rip rap and extend a barrier on the north side, (Boise City Side of the river). As soil moisture lessens trackwalk and then spray per SWPPP, tack, seed & mulch. Install RECB and reminded contractor to verify stapling pattern to be followed by manufacture. Also, install blanket with toe in up hill and overlap as required.

Went over details of the 404 permit. Have been given authorization to start work on 09/29/2010 fron Eric w/ Army Corp Engineers. Have two options to enclose the excavated area with either Jersey barriers or Gravel bags wrapped in visquen. Made sure to remind them they must meet water quality standards of state of Idaho. Must not exceed over 50 NTU's of the background samples. Will re-inspect on 10/20/2010am.

10:30: Met with contractor/RP, ITD third party, (Mike from JUB), contractors third party, (Adam from Syman) Inspector 460 and we performed the required weekly SWPPP inspection. Issued a signed copy of the inspection report to the contractor to make the necessary corrections and to insert into the SWPPP manual. Overall things are ok, will re-inspect next Tuesday, 8/24/10. Inforrmed via voice mail of findings to J. Wylie, Project P.M.
