10:00 on site. Met with RP & Owner of property, J. Frank. Reviewed controls and steps needed to prevent turbid discharge from site. Completion of controls by end of the weekend and to monitor site during forecasted rain during this time frame be prepared to take the necessary steps to ensure compliance. No unpermitted discharge has occurred but failure to take added steps may result in a discharge fo turbid runoff.

Verbal to RP: As a result of rain overnight rilling has occurred which is threatening to override the sediment controls at the first drainage. Rills are undercutting horizental barriers leading to the perimeter controls. M. Martin (RP) will talk to Jerry F. and take the necessary steps to address the problems. Also additional mulch application on this drainage is highly recommended. Re-vegetation on this drainage is paramount importence. Will follow up Friday a.m. at 10:00.

All vertical slopes except for the slope behind the building pad have had PAM 12 w/ seed applied to them. Starting to see vegitation on all the areas where the PAM12 w/ seed was applied. But only about 5% or less of total area has vegitation coverage.
The RP (Mike Martin) explained that he will be checking on the building plan to see what is the plan for the slope behind the future home is. It could have a terraced retaining wall set up. Will contact the erosion conrtol manager with an answer on the slope stabilization meathod. The ESC/ SWPPP plan shows that there is five options for stabilization on the vertical slopes over a 5% grade.

3. Matting (Jute Netting)
4. Top soil spreading with seed and tachifier
5. Retaining wall.
Waiting on an anwser from the project owner on the final stabilization method.

Inspect post rain event-status of site? Site withstood the .6 inches of rain well, no runoff problems observed. Informed RP that the rock entrance needs a top dressing of basalt rock to reduce tracking to achieve MEP. As well, with higher moisture content this is a ideal time to trackwalk the slopes.
