2. Install sediment on all areas of lot where the grade is over a 2% behind sidewalk and there is not vegitative buffer between the disturbed soil and gutter pan.
** Failure to comply with notice will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect on 3/11/2011 AM.
