Contacted the complaintee and expalianed to him that the project has all approved permits with the city and has also filed and Received a receipt of the federal NOI filing. Also explained to him that the construction exit did need tobe maintained and that I have informed the RP that this needs to occur.

Install or reinstall a sediment barrier per manufactures specifications at the end of Windsong at the edge of the asphalt. clean up all foot tracking at the end of each work day.
